Small Footprint, great performance.

It's slower than my i3 Alienware Alpha
I bought my i3 Alienware Alpha retail at dell for 400 bucks and it runs at least 4x times faster than this ASUS. I'm not sure if these are MFG refurbished, I feel like I purchased an unmaintained used device. Takes about 3 minutes to boot up and after it does it takes about another 3-5 minutes for the pc to get itself together so I can start opening apps. Once the PC has been running for about 10 minutes it starts to run okay sometimes to PC will freeze for about a second or two at least twice a day, it's really annoying. Sometimes on start up it will not recognize any USB devices and I have to restart it a few more times. My Alienware has a 5400 rpm hard drive compared to this 7200 rpm hard drive, it also has an i3 compared to it's i7, it has double the memory and it still operates significantly slower. very unhappy with the purchase, will not be purchasing anything from this seller again, especially refurbished items, they're most likely bad returns or improperly repaired devices, but definitely not manufacture refurbished. Edit: Couple weeks in since the review and noticing other flaws. the WiFi is very unreliable, will disconnect frequently and takes a lot longer to repair than most basic PCs. I recommend being hardwired to your network. This is hands down the worst refurbished purchase I've ever made.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Good for the price.
The Asus g20 is a very high specced machine for this price range. The form factor is small and it's very easy to transport. The power supply takes up two outlets due to its design, but that's only a minor headache. This machine gets very hot if you let it run quietly, or very loudly if you want it to run at reasonable temps. Altogether it's a good machine. Amazing product, reasonable price
it's totally worth it. i bought it for PUBG and it works perfectly great. included keyboard and mouse but my keyboard was broken. but it doesn't matter. this pc is really small and fantastic performance. and it was only $829. but no ssd in here so if you wanna more powerful computer, add ssd. then perfect. it has 1x2.5" ssd slot and 1xNVME slot. i added my 840 pro from previous pc but when i running pubg or something 3D games, the fan noise is really big... i think this case's cooling is too weak for the high specs.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

PC came with Bad Graphics Card
