• How to play Netflix / Disney + / Amazon prime video movies?

Due to copyright issues, are not support playing it directly by mirror screen with a phone. You can use a TV Stick, Laptop, or PC to connect the projector to watch the connection from Netflix, Hulu, and similar services（TV stick requires additional purchase）.

• Why is there no sound when plugging in the TV stick?

It does not support Dolby Digital. The sound of the TV stick generally defaults to Dolby Digital.

Please try to turn off Dolby sound in this way: Settings> Display and Sound> Audio> Dolby Digital Out.

• Does the projector support 4K video playback?
