Good value for price. Doesn't get under lower furniture very well.
I like it. Better than the old original Dyson it replaced. A bit harder to manuever on hardwood than I thought it would be when the suction is on max (brush off). Great suction, though, when on low. Cord is extra long, so I don't have to plugin more than twice when vacuuming the downstairs. Overall, glad I have it for the price I paid. Very difficult to use
I was so excited to finally get a dyson due to the popular opinion that “they’re the best”. This particular model doesn’t fall in line with that idea. The profile is very low and only performs well on hard flooring. Any rug or slightly heavier carpet will stop the collection roller from functioning. The detachments in order to use the suction hose is very difficult to detach and operate and the cable for power is far too long for the clip to gather the cable tidy. A disappointment for sure. One Powerful Vacuum
Very Power Machine, Work's very well, Never a Vacuum bag to buy again, when the canister is half filled just empty.To Empty is very easy also. The power Cord is very long so cleaning several room's without unplugging is a breeze . This is my 2nd Dyson, I still can't believe how much more power this one has, Its amazing. The machine is lite weight and stores very nicely I use on Both Hardwood floors, were you can turn off the brush, and fully carpeted rooms

Great lightweight vacuum with plenty of power
I purchased this vacuum refurbished from Dyson and works great. It is lightweight and easy to use and has plenty of power. Love Dyson, but...
We love Dyson, hands down the best vacuums out there, and this is our second. Pros: Smaller size, easy mobility. Cons: Hose extention needs to be connected (stem to hose) everytime, and vise versa when putting back to normal vacuuming. This is a complete PIA!!! Also, when using in normal surface vacuuming, the fan blows the dust, pet hair, etc away before you can get to it, so you basically chase the hair all over the house (2 dogs, 2 cats, so it's a constant battle)Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

I love this vaccum! Just one thing, cleaning this vaccum can be very difficult. You can't just empty the main compartment, you actually have to take everything apart and clean everything. The only downside so far discovered is the difficulty in using the hand tools. The wand is quite small and becomes clogged occasionally.
