Good suction, heavy in the hand, hard to clean
The vacuum is heavier than I expected, and instructions on assembly (drawings) are too small and unclear. It is a powerful vacuum cleaner, however and performs well. Cleaning the canister is also challenging. There is not quite enough room to use one's hand to excavate debris if necessary. I previously had a Shark that behaved just as well, but died after only two years. I spent a great deal more on this refurbished model. Great vacuum for around 10 minutes
This is an amazing vacuum. Good suction, tools and very easy to empty. The only issue is the battery drains with less than 10 minutes use. Love this vacuum!
My first Dyson cordless was purchased about 8 years ago and I loved that one, even though the run time was only about 5 minutes. It died about 2 years ago. I tried to get by with a cordless Black & Decker vacuum. I hated it! Finally broke down & purchased this refurbished V10 & I love it. Nobody can match the power of these vacuums. The extended run times are so nice. I wasted the $100 I spent on the B&D vacuum. I just can’t say enough about how happy I am to have another great Dyson cordless again. Great except one small flaw
Great vacuum, only problem is the attachments don’t quite click into place and I have to manually adjust it to make it click in properly. A pice must be slightly bent which I’m sure wouldn’t happen with a new vacuum. Overall, amazing suction power and works great on hardwoods and rugs. I love this vacuum! I got it direct from Dyson. It was incredibly easy to set up and it came fully charged. I immediately tested out all of the attachments and set about cleaning my house.
