IT'S NOT WORTH IT. DO NOT BUY.
First, it's small. Second, the handle was flat, not round so it's will hurt your hand when handle it with food in it. Third, it's will scratch easy. I received it already dent and scratches. I have been seeing ads on TV & Internet showing the GOTHAM deep fry pan but couldn't make the final decision to order. After seeing the demonstrations & reading many comments from buyers, I had to order it! I LOVE it, it is even better than I expected!! A Good Buy
This is almost identical to the copper ones they advertise at almost twice the price, with the same accessories. Yes, they do scratch, but not easily, and no, you can't slide an egg around on them without using some kind of spray, which the instructions recommend against. But this is a good quality pan that is very easy to clean if you let it soak in water, and mostly it just wipes clean after use. Pros: 1) the deep sides make it easy to cook a whole meal in one pan. 2)it goes from stove top to oven, so you could brown a whole chicken on the stove top, then put it in the oven with some potatoes and green beans, and in an hour or so have a delicious dinner with very little cleanup. 3)it cooks everything you can think of, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Cons: 1) It is big, too big to fry chicken for one or two people because it takes a whole bottle of oil to half fill it, and one can of soup barely covers the bottom of the pan. It's great for families or if you cook full meals, but for one person it's a bit of an overkill. 2) eggs and other food will stick to it and it will scratch if you are rough with metal kitchen tools. But compared to the expensive "copper" version, it is a great deal, and for steaming vegetables or slow cooking a stew or making grilled cheese sandwiches, it is perfect. It is the pan most often used in my kitchen and I wouldn't be without it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

So far so good
Like most people my age, I have gone through a lot of pans in the past. Most non-stick pans start out great and then something happens along the way that makes it a NON non-stick pan. So it's a little early to really give this a good review but for now it works great. Pros: Non-stick for now, heats up fast, maintains heat well so you cook at a lower temperature.
