Visual excellence...
I have owned the LG OLED TV for about a month and I can safely say that it is a quality oriented product. The build is very nice and it has a robust set of features. The TV is very thin, but still has considerable weight due to glass, densely packed electronics and a real metal base.The TV is wall mountable, but may need a special mount. It has all the latest connections, but my opinion is that they could be placed better. I have tried almost all its features except for its gaming setting and they all provide a pleasant experience, quick response and excellent picture (the upscaling feature is very good). The only downside is the high price tag, but I'm sure that will decrease with time. Overall experience is that this TV is very good.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great TV for a decent price point

Amazing TV and definitely worth it!
The LG OLED 55" C9 is an amazing TV but also piece of technology. The picture quality is just amazing! And when you watch content in 4K HDR and mostly Dolby Vision it's simply mesmerizing. I love my new TV and am totally happy with it! Now when it comes to the Shipping I want to thank Echo-and-Optics because they have been very professional, understanding and helping! FedEx on the other hand was a huge mess.. They delivered the TV 5 days late because "their barcode was unreadable" and then delivered it when I was at work even though I called them 2 times to give them my availabilities.. Finally they made one of my neighbors sign the receipt and then left the TV in front of my house!! Totally unacceptable and irresponsible! I was and still am furious about it. Anyway, when it comes to the TV and even Echo-and-Optics, I totally recommend both of them :)

OLED or bust
I've had this for a few weeks and I really like it. It's hard to beat 100% contrast. As far as value, it's 3x higher than the average uhd. But if you want the best, you have to cough it up. The speakers sounded a bit flat so I added a surround soundbar, much better. My room is on the dark side and the picture is real nice. Cant say about a lighter room.
