I've had one for several years and absolutely love it. It takes a little learning curve to set the thermostat just right but all in all, I don't know how I got along without this! Jerky comes out perfect at about 170 degrees. The smoke tray and multiple racks are easy to use! I've used it 50 times at least and it still works perfectly.

Damaged out of the box
Haven’t used the item yet, but it was delivered damaged on the corner so I’m guessing it was damaged during delivery. Still a good product and so far works well!
