Solid Device and Better Support (If You Get Rommel, You Won Support Lottery)!
Probably the most solid router I've ever owned. I bought the original one in April 2021 and it lasted through multiple service providers on up to near gigabit speeds. It finally failed about 3 months ago and I went out in person to buy a replacement because I haven't had better. I got the replacement up and running even through an upgrade to gigabit cable, though thanks to a garbage isp I never saw those actual speeds (ISP issue, not a hardware issue) well I was finally able to upgrade to gigabit fiber today and ran into some challenges. I went to the website for guidance and saw they had a chat option. My extremely introverted self dove right the heck into that. I was connected seamlessly to an agent (no battling with annoying bots first) and Rommel walked me through all the troubleshooting steps they could. (As a power user, I'd already done the basics and mid tier troubleshooting, they taught me some new things with high tier troubleshooting steps!) We were able to resolve two separate other issues I hadn't even been reaching out about and got most of the way through to fixing the last step, but couldn't resolve. It looks like they'll be replacing this one. I'll come back to update this review on my experience there.

I recently purchased the TP-Link Archer A7 wifi router from Amazon.com in "used: like new" condition, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with this device. Despite being used, the router looks and performs like it's brand new, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Setting up the router was a breeze, and it only took a few minutes to get it up and running. The range of the wifi signal is excellent, and I have no trouble connecting to the internet from any corner of my home. The speed of the connection is also very impressive.

One of the things I appreciate about this router is the user-friendly interface of the management app. It's easy to customize the settings and prioritize bandwidth for specific devices or applications. Plus, the guest network feature is a nice touch, as it allows me to give my guests access to the internet without compromising the security of my network.

It also supports 220v, which makes it an ideal choice for use in countries with higher voltage standards. So, if you're looking for a router that can handle your internet needs and works with your voltage requirements, the TP-Link Archer A7 is definitely worth considering.

Overall, I would highly recommend the TP-Link Archer A7 wifi router to anyone in the market for a reliable and high-performance router. It's a great value for the price, and it works flawlessly right out of the box.

I bought the TP-Link AC1750 to replace a positively ancient D-Link router I've used since 2010 or earlier. It's one of those tech items that don't inspire sessions of gear lust and drooling over the specs of the latest iteration. Once a WiFi router works we set it & forget it. I've known that was a mistake but still figured if my old one kept chugging along, what ain't broke...

After lots of intermittent drops and various internet weirdness I broke down and decided to get a new router. I studied the state of the WiFi internet router art for a few days, VERY thoroughly, and this model kept coming up in recommendations across the web. It's competitive price and free return guarantee made it relatively painless and when it arrived setting it up was the same. The Android/Apple app that TP-Link has to control the routers functions made the entire process minutes vs. hours (I've spent hours before putting fussy technology into service), this was a breeze.

The included pic shows the results. I'm averaging over 200% (!) better speeds than I was with the old D-Link router. Because this routers dual bands are broadcast separately you pretty much have two networks, the 2.4 & 5Ghz. The 2.4Ghz has better range and the 5Ghz has greater speeds; having that option is great and it means more devices can use the separate networks, reducing congestion.

This is a seriously stout router for the cost and I'm extremely pleased with it. The routers optional mobile app has a ton of features you can dig into if you want to get deep into all of the routers possibilities, and it's also about as plug and play as it gets. During the mobile browsing, streaming and gaming I've done so far the TP-Link hasn't dropped a signal and the speeds have been insane. Great router, great deal. Highly recommended.

Looking to enhance your home network without breaking the bank? The TP-Link AC1750 OneMesh Wi-Fi Repeater/Router is a fantastic choice for anyone seeking robust performance and reliable coverage.

We recently upgraded our home office setup and decided to give this router a shot. The setup was straightforward – just a few minutes of configuration, and we were up and running. The difference was immediately noticeable. Our Wi-Fi coverage extended seamlessly throughout the house, eliminating those annoying dead spots we used to struggle with.

One memorable moment was during a weekend movie marathon. With multiple devices streaming HD content, we expected some slowdown, but the Archer A7 handled it effortlessly. The dual-band feature made it easy to manage network traffic, and the gigabit ports ensured that wired connections were just as fast and reliable.

Whether you're working from home, streaming movies, or gaming, the TP-Link AC1750 OneMesh Router delivers exceptional performance. It’s a solid investment for anyone looking to boost their home network.

5.0 out of 5 stars ARCHER A7 1750, MUY BUEN PRODUCTO

4.0 out of 5 stars Great router although now obsolete

I bought this to add to another TP-Link Archer C7 I bought a couple of years ago with the aim of putting OpenWRT on it. I discovered this model was now no longer made but ordered it anyway since OpenWRT is known to work on it. However, it is an American model with a USA power supply (it came from Florida) but that is no problem with a UK adapter. The router is also an Archer A7 which apparently is identical to the Archer C7 according to the OpenWRT site. Seems to be working fine.

It was easy to setup. Works well in my garden room. The only problem I had was that it came with a US plug on it. So I had to get a adapter uk to us adapter.

4.0 out of 5 stars Excelente router para la casa
